Engineered Stone for a Fresh, Inviting Kitchen

As stone professionals, it’s actually quite uncommon for us to be able to see a finished project after the client has moved in and really begun putting the space to use. That’s why we jumped at the opportunity to meet with Amy Zolin of Clarity Home Interiors and take a look at a finished kitchen that utilized some of our engineered stone products. We were thrilled to see just how well this kitchen design suited the client’s unique lifestyle—and how our functional and durable stone products tied the entire space together.

Caesarstone Cloudburst Concrete Countertops

We invite you to take a look at the video to see this kitchen for yourself. One of the first things many people notice when they first see this kitchen is how bright, open, and inviting it is. This is accomplished in part through the use of sleek Caesarstone Cloudburst Concrete, which is the material used on the kitchen countertops.

Specifically, this material achieves the appearance of poured concrete with a sleek and modern (as opposed to industrial) look. And despite the white color of these countertops, the material itself is incredibly easy to maintain and is stain resistant as well. This means the clients, who thoroughly enjoy cooking and entertaining, don’t have to worry about cooking with red wine or even spilling vinegar because this particular countertop material will resist stains. As a result, the countertops are not only bright and beautiful but extremely low maintenance as well.

Bianco Dolomiti Marble Backsplash

We think the backsplash in this kitchen truly ties everything together. Specifically, the client chose a lovely Bianco Dolomiti marble tile, which boasts a sleek and polished finish. This use of marble not only achieves a high-end and luxurious feel in this already gorgeous kitchen but is also extremely practical. These durable tiles will last for a long time and can be easily wiped clean to get rid of any splatters from cooking. In this particular kitchen, we think the marble tile backsplash lifts the entire design to a new level and makes this kitchen look even more enchanting.

Bringing it All Together

With any kitchen project, the client’s lifestyle simply has to be at the forefront when making design decisions. This is especially important when it comes to choosing materials for kitchen countertops, backsplashes, flooring, and more. This kitchen truly exemplifies what can be achieved when professionals listen to their clients and come up with something that is built around their everyday lives.

The client for this kitchen, for example, loves cooking and entertaining—but, like most of us, simply doesn’t have time to care for high maintenance materials. The use of Caesarstone Cloudburst Concrete and Bianco Dolomiti Marble throughout this kitchen allowed us to deliver the refreshed and open look this client so desired with as little maintenance as possible.
