A Spectacular Estate
We had the pleasure of working with Hobbs, Inc., Charles Hilton Architects, and Forehand + Partners on a 35,000-square-foot Georgian-style estate in Greenwich. With incredible indoor and outdoor living spaces, a regal pool house, and stunning architecture, this home was awarded the 2021 HOBI Awards "Best Custom Home Over 20,000 Square Feet."

Connecticut Stone's Role
As part of this project, Connecticut Stone was approached to assist designers at Forehand + Partners with the home's pool house, great room, and tennis pavilion. For the great room, the idea was to create something that would be truly eye-catching and set the tone for the rest of the home upon entering the door. With that in mind, we supplied the tile and stone used throughout, utilizing top brands such as Artistic Tile, Walker Zanger, New Ravenna, and more. We also worked alongside the designer and architect to create a custom floor plan in the pool house in a waterjet pattern, incorporating Bianco Dolomiti and Blue de Savoie Marbles. In addition, we provided New Antique Tile Provence Beige Limestone in a mosaic design throughout the tennis pavilion. This amazing space includes a custom kitchen, primary bathroom, guest bathroom, powder room, and laundry room.
