The CDL Class B Truck Driver is responsible for transporting, loading and unloading goods as well as confirming accuracy and safety of delivery contents. Responsible for operating various vehicles, including tri-axel trucks and dump trucks and manual shift trucks, while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies. This position requires a Class B CDL license and expertise in operating equipment such as Moffett forklifts. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and confident driver with a strong understanding of construction sites and safety precautions. Duties and responsibilities include:
  1. Fully understand how to operate and safely drive the assigned delivery vehicle
  2. Drive vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 pounds.
  3. Transport pallet goods and packages from place of origin to assigned destination.
  4. Pick-up loads and organize goods in an ordered, logical manner.
  5. Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage.
  6. Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations.
  7. Obtain signatures to confirm and complete deliveries with clients.
  8. Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  9. Communicate with dispatch as needed.
  10. Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document.
  11. Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip. Report any defects, breakdowns or damage to the truck, boom or Moffett to dispatch and maintenance immediately.
  12. Check weather conditions and road reports before departure.
  13. Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean.
  14. Maintain and service as needed (refuel, tire pressure, etc.)
  15. Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered (damage to property or trucks)
  16. Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs, pre-trips, post-trips, in-house Ct Stone daily log.
  17. Complete a written log out if over 150 Air Miles.
  18. Track and report working hours.
  19. Adhere to company rules and regulations.
  20. Obey all applicable traffic laws, speed limits and drive according to the weather/road conditions.
  21. Comply with DOT regulations. Make sure fire extinguishers and Triangles are in the truck.
  22. Always make safety a priority. Assess job site before operating Moffett/fill job evaluation form.
  23. Make sure all delivery tickets are signed at time of delivery and drop directions are followed, be sure to have a waiver signed if potential damage is possible to property.
  24. Work with customers at job sites to place products where they would like it. If it can’t be done without damage to property and the customer is unwilling to find an alternative drop area, contact dispatch to handle the situation.
  25. Report all accidents, damage to property, no matter how small to dispatch proceeding with a detailed incident report filled out in detail.
  26. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Knowledge/Experience
  • Class B CDL license with a clean driving record and no moving violations required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating tri-axle trucks and dump trucks preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating Moffett forklifts and other relevant equipment.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations regarding load securing and pre/post-trip inspections.
  • Familiarity with construction job sites and safety precautions preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
  • Alert, focused, and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems with a strong sense of direction.
  • Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
  • High level of composure and good stress management.

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for both the front desk and customer service responsibilities, which includes working with our customers and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment. Duties and responsibilities include:
  1. Greet customers and assist them
  2. Process customer purchases and cash out transactions
  3. Operate credit card processing systems and handle cash payments
  4. Maintain appearance and organization of the showroom
  5. Answer all calls professionally
  6. Assist with general office and customer services tasks
  7. Support the sales team
  8. Must be comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
  9. Type correspondence and memorandums in proper format, proofread and mail as assigned
  10. Open and distribute incoming mail daily and prepare outgoing mail
  11. Receive and sign for packages, and deliver to the appropriate person promptly
  12. Maintain an adequate office supply inventory and requisitions additional items as needed

Education and/or Knowledge/Experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Units of measurements including fractions and decimals. Ability to compute, rate and calculate percentage, draw and interpret graphs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google workspace, Google sheets Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Stone Profits Systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

The Installer is responsible for the installation of natural stone, porcelain, and quartz. Duties and responsibilities include:
  1. Complete installation projects.
  2. Execute project assignment from start to finish, ensuring the final project meets expectations.
  3. Provide direction and supervision for Helpers and Senior Helpers to ensure the project is completed safely.
  4. Manage and lift materials, hanging sinks, color epoxy seams and applying sealers and equipment allocation to team assigned for project. Ensure tools and supplies are fully operational, clean, and utilized in the manner they are permitted for.
  5. Proper communication and presentation installers will be in homes, job sites, in front of clients and other trades
  6. Maintain overall awareness of job status and requirements. Provide regular consistent communication with the Supervisor throughout the project and immediately relays any out-of-scope changes or problems, concerns, or discrepancies to management.
  7. Submit installation report by the next workday, including inventory sheet and photographs of the completed job.
  8. Enforce and promote safety standards, including lifting and handling techniques, personal protective equipment and general housekeeping.
  9. Conduct field measurement and templating where required. Provide basic drawings for the fabrication team as needed.
  10. Perform field cut outs outside wherever possible. When inside ensure use drop cloth and vacuum to minimize dust and debris.
  11. Ensure jobsite is thoroughly cleaned and inspected, both inside and outside, prior to leaving.
  12. Work flexible hours, including overtime, and able to travel to job sites throughout the state and surrounding counties
Education and/or Knowledge/Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools: Wet Saw, Grinder and Polisher
  • Basic carpentry and tiling skills.
  • Knowledge of natural stone products (marble, quartzite, quartz etc.)
  • Knowledge and proficient use of installation materials including thin set, epoxy, and sealers.
  • Knowledge of plumbing fixtures and how they integrate with materials.
  • Ability to bend and twist while holding weight.
  • Knowledge safety procedures
  • Knowledge of good loading practices and procedures
